Amanda is The Lopez Team’s Office Manager. She handles a wide variety of behind-the-scenes tasks making sure your transaction goes smoothly.  She is a licensed Realtor and has been in real estate for a little over 4 years.  She is the recipient of Exit Realty Crutcher’s Bronze Award, Exit Southeast’s Million Dollar Producer Award, the Sr. Mary Schmuck Service Leadership award, and the St. Michael’s Spirit of St. Michael award. It was through her love of serving others that she found her role of The Lopez Team’s office manager. Through dedication to her team’s agents, she is able to serve many clients with her skills. Her understanding of the ever-changing market, the team’s marketing, and her vast knowledge on the technology the team utilizes helps to keep your deal moving forward in a timely manner. 

She is a pet mom to a chunky chill cat Tripp and a hyper puppy Tater.  Things that she enjoys doing in her spare time include spending time with her family and friends, serving in her community and church, crocheting, singing, and ending her day drinking decaf coffee while she watches a good movie. Meet  Emily Lopez. Emily was born and raised in Louisville, KY and lived there most of her life. She lived in Lexington for four years as she pursued her Bachelors Degree in Interior Design at the University of Kentucky and graduated Summa cumlaude in 2019. Immediately after graduation, she moved back home because Louisville is where her heart was – with her family and home church. Shortly after moving home, Emily decided to join the rest of her family in the adventures of Real Estate. This goes hand in hand with her design degree as she is able to help her clients visualize how they can make a stranger’s house their dream home. She is a driven, hard-working, and passionate person. Emily always puts her clients’ needs and interests above her own and she does not back down from a challenge. She treats each client as equals and is excited to get to know you.
